1. Services
RankHausSEO provides SEO consulting, digital marketing, subscriptions, and related services. All services are
provided on a subscription or project basis.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
– Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
– Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
– You authorize us to automatically charge recurring payments until you cancel.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
– Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
– To cancel a subscription, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials provided by RankHausSEO remain our intellectual property and may not be
reproduced without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
RankHausSEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our
services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, Spain. Any disputes shall be
resolved in the competent courts of Arizona, USA, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates
constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
